Always chrome, always beautiful. That's the famous, graceful "Impala" emblem that's adorned more than 13 million Chevrolet Impalas since 1958.
The size and the surroundings have changed, but the basic emblem design has remained unchanged, from its beginnings in 1958 through its rebirth for the all-new 2000 Impala.
For example, in some years, the leaping Impala was surrounded by the familiar Chevrolet crossed-flags logo. In other years, it was surrounded by a circle and joined by chrome "IMPALA" lettering. And, sometimes, it stood alone.
