Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Most manufacturer's prices increase only once or twice per year. We try to hold our prices as long as we can. GM parts are the exception. GM updates prices every 30 days.
Warranty: All parts are sold with manufacturer's warranty only. Parts are warranted to the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable or assignable. A copy of the original dated sales receipt must accompany any part returned for a warranty claim. During the warranty period NAISSO/Impala SuperStore will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective in material or workmanship. All products must be returned with shipping prepaid to the Impala Superstore in Palm Coast, Florida. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
It is the customer's responsibility to obtain an RGA tracking number from the Impala SuperStore Customer Service Representative (email us) before returning any product. In the event of an alleged defect in material or workmanship, the responsibility of NAISSO, Inc. dba Impala SuperStore is strictly limited to either the repair or replacement of the product. NAISSO, Inc. will not be responsible for (a) incidental and consequential damages, property damage or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law; (b) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental or consequential charges; or (c) storage or rental-car charges. Due to the complexity and variety of modifications possible, NAISSO Inc./Impala SuperStore makes no claims as to the merchantability or fitness of purpose of any part. Rather, it is up to the purchaser to determine if the part is compatible with his/her application.
|The following are specifically excluded from the our warranty:
| 1. Parts altered, modified, or used in applications not specifically noted on our website.
2. Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs or maintenance (including consequential damage).
3. Impala SuperStore specifically disclaims responsibility for any of its products' compatibility with aftermarket parts produced by other companies or with vehicles that have been otherwise modified.
4. Labor to remove or replace the part(s). Fluids, gaskets, incidental parts, and shipping costs are not covered.
5. Incidental or consequential damages, including labor or diagnostic charges to determine manufacture defect or product failure.
6. Costs for vehicle downtime or loss of vehicle use due to inoperability.
7. Normal wear and tear.
8. Preparatory or paint charges for any body part not trial-fit or "seasoned" per manufacturer instructions before painting.
9. Products used for racing.
10. "Take-off" parts.
Nobody likes returns so let's try to keep it as easy as possible with a few simple rules. First, if we goofed something in your order, email us so we can make it right. Other than that, please follow these industry standard rules.
Please refuse all physically damaged boxes from USPS/UPS/Fedex and notify us immediately. If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. All returns must be received in all original packaging with a copy of the invoice/sales receipt. All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within TEN DAYS of receipt of merchandise.
Items must be unused or defective to be returned. All non-defective returns for credit card refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. NAISSO will waive restocking fee on non-used returns processed for merchandise store credit ONLY which can be used towards any order placed with the Impala SuperStore. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions. All clothing and accessory items must be returned in original packaging and unworn. Shipping is a service item and is nonrefundable. Allow 1-2 credit card statements for your credit refund.
No returns on altered, attempted installed, or special ordered parts. Some parts are not legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles. All returns must be pre-approved by NAISSO with an Return Authorization #. Factory Ship or Drop-Ship items cannot be returned to the Impala SuperStore.
